Tienen una longitud de hasta 10 mm y una anchura menor a 1 mm. Presenta un par de estatocistos con 4 estatolitos en cada uno. La cabeza es espatulada y no se distingue del cuerpo, carece de ojos y presenta una hendidura cef\u00e1lica que rodea al cuerpo en la zona posterior al cerebro. El color del cuerpo es marr\u00f3n.
