Descripci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

Como el resto de especies del g\u00e9nero, es un nemertino intersticial, que llega a situarse en el piso sublitoral. Tienen una longitud de hasta 30 mm y con una anchura menor a 1 mm. Presenta un par de estatocistos con un n\u00famero de 3 a 12 estatolitos de diferentes tama\u00f1os en cada uno. La cabeza espatulada, no se distingue del cuerpo, carece de ojos y presenta una hendidura cef\u00e1lica que rodea al cuerpo en la zona posterior a los estatocistos. El color del cuerpo va desde el blanco transl\u00facido al marr\u00f3n-rojizo. Presenta cirros t\u00e1ctiles tanto en la parte anterior como en la posterior del cuerpo.<\/p>\n

Esta especie se encuentra en la subdivisi\u00f3n marina del continente portugu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
